Swim School of Slidell provides swim instruction and aquatic education services for children and, when available, adults. Lesson offerings, schedules, pricing, and instructor availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Registration and Payment

All lesson registrations must be completed through our website or approved registration platform.

By registering for lessons, you agree that:

Payment must be completed before participation unless otherwise approved
You are legally authorized to register the participant

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

Missed lessons are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Makeup lessons are not guaranteed
Refund requests must be submitted in writing

Swim School Cancellations

Swim School of Slidell reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to:

Weather conditions
Pool closures
Instructor illness or emergency
Unsafe swimming conditions

When possible, makeup lessons or account credits may be offered.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in swim lessons and aquatic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips and falls
Water-related injuries
Physical exertion
Drowning risks

By participating, parents and guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Swim School of Slidell of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special accommodations prior to participation.

In the event of an emergency, you authorize Swim School of Slidell staff to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately.

6. Supervision Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after lessons. Swim School of Slidell instructors are only responsible for participants during scheduled lesson times.

7. Photography and Media Release

Swim School of Slidell may photograph or record lessons, events, or participants for promotional purposes including:

Website content
Social media
Marketing materials

By enrolling, you grant permission for use of these images unless you provide written notice requesting exclusion.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with website functionality
Copy or reproduce website materials without permission

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Swim School of Slidell unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
